While Forza Horizon 4's development and content curve is far from at it's zenith yet, there's still plenty of content to discuss, so let's talk about the fastest (stock) cars currently in the game. I won't include Forza Editions and Pre-Order Cars.

Special Mentions: Ferrari 599XX Evo, Mosler MT900S and Apollo IE

These three are very good cars in the game. When upgraded, the Ferrair and Mosler are the fastest cars in the game while Apollo is equal on PP stock to tenth position on this list. They all deserve a mention.

10. Ford Mustang 'Hoonicorn': PP 985

The Hoonicorn is very well known among the car community. If you don't know what it is, it's Ken Block's extremely modified drift Mustang. With the Forza-Hoonigan partnership, this car has been in the game since the start and it's still the best stock drifter in the game due to it's gear ratios and all-wheel drive. It also has a surprisingly high top speed.

9. Koenigsegg CCGT: PP 986

The CCGT is one of several non-road-legal cars on the list (including the first two cars and at least two more after this one), but it was still added to Forza in Season Fifteen: Spring. It's one of the best handling and braking cars in the game but the focus on aero hurts it's top speed.

8. Ferrari FXX K: PP 989

The first returning car (from FH3), it has an eight PP increase from FH3 to 989 which puts it eighth on the list. The FXXK is the track version of the LaFerrari. It has significantly more acceleration than the CCGT but has very similar other stats all the way around.

7. Ferrari F50GT: PP 992

The F50 GT is, like the FXXK to the LaFerrari, is the racing version of the F50. And it's the third consecutive car to have perfect tens in handling and braking. It has more speed but less acceleration than the FXXK and has three more performance points.

6. Koenigsegg One:1: PP 993

The first non-Track Toy on the list, the One:1 is one of the four cars (the others are Chiron, Venom GT and Agera RS) that has a perfect ten for speed in the game. The One:1 is a track focused Agera hypercar and it has significant higher all-around stats than the regular Agera and as such, has a 73-point performance point increase.

5. Maserati Versione Corsa: PP 993

The MC12 Versione Corsa was introduced to the game in Series 9: Autumn after the similar MC12 Horizon Edition became a fan favourite and it's one of the best handling cars in the game. It's got 0.1 more acceleration than the FXXK but it's otherwise identical in stats, but it's better '10' handling gets it a PP of 993, equal to the Koenigsegg.

4. Rimac C_Two: PP 994

One of two cars on this list (and in the game) that are electric, the C_Two is an absolute beast of a car. It's the second car from Croatian electric hypercar manufacturer Rimac, and the first to enter a Forza game. It gets it's spot so high up on the list by having game-beating acceleration due to its power source.

3. Koenigsegg Agera RS: PP 996

Another Agera vqariant, this time it's possibly the car with the most interesting stats in the game. A member of the Car Pass DLC, it has only 7.5 acceleration (for context, only the F40 Competizione is lower among the top 50 cars ordered by PP in the game). But it has 9.5 handling and perfect 10s in speed and handling. The weird balance of this car is enough to give it a podium position for fastest cars in game.

2. Volkswagen ID.R: PP 998

The ID.R and the first place car have the same PP but I'm going with this second as it's speed rating is only 6.0 which is incredibly low. It makes up for it with it's best in game stats in the other three categories: handling, acceleration and braking. The hillclimb specialist that holds four world records was introduced in Series 14: Autumn.

1. Ultima Evolution 1020

The Ultima is the fastest all-around of the two S2 998 cars in the game and that's why it takes the #1 spot on the list. It is another with perfect handling and braking, as well as 9 speed and 8.6 acceleration. The Ultima is a Forza classic that's been in the last three or four games at least.
