Today I'm doing a special feature, as due to my computer breaking I wasn't able to do a Under the Hood this week, but there should be a Behind the Wheel as well next week. So, I hopped onto TierMaker and found a massive list of car brands, so I decided to do a feature ranking them. I'll put them in order from E to S.

E:

Fiat- Their only good cars are the 124 (which is worse than the Mazda MX5 it's based on), and the 12-year-old 500. Needs new good product.

Hennessey- They have one car and they seem to not be able to prove its claims. They need to be more stable rather than gun for Bugatti, otherwise they will go out of existence.

Volvo- They don't have too much new product recently, but they do have a brilliant truck.

Caterham- They would be a C class but they don't seem to have updated the Seven in four years.

Holden- They don't make any of their own cars, so how can I grade them on Chevrolets, Opels, Vauxhalls and GMCs?

Subaru- The Subaru board do have the STi, and the BRZ, but both need replacing and the STi is no longer as mighty as it was, not to mention that they are missing most classes other than small SUV and small hatchback.

C:

Citroen- Citroen are only here due to the chic coolness of DS. They need to get new product now.

Renault- The new Megane RS is brilliant and is the reason Renault pass this, because apart from the RS models their lineup is rubbish.

Infiniti- I like the Q30 but while all of their cars are good, most are old and/or not as good as the BMW, Mercedes and Audi counterparts.

Maserati- They are similar to Infiniti; all of their cars are passes but not smashes.

TVR- They only have one car, which is alright but they need more different models to compete with manufacturers like Porsche.

Peugeot- Good cars such as the RCZ and 308 GTi, but they are quite old.

Lexus- Same, same, like most C classes. Not enough good or new product, LC500 excepted.

Jeep- Some good cars like the new Wrangler are offset by the overpriced Renegade and the reliability issues plaguing the company.

Abarth- Really, Abarth are hamstrung by Fiat not doing very well, considering they sell tuned Fiats.

B:

Alfa Romeo- Alfa Romeo have really been smashing it recently with cars such as the Giulia and Stelvio. The concern is that they only are selling four models and one of theose, the Giulietta, is horribly old.

Volkswagen- The ID3 is a revolution leader and the Golf R is good, but maybe they have too many econoboxes.

Honda- The Civic is brilliant. The NSX is brilliant. The HRV is bri... oh wait it isn't.

Kia- Apart from the Stinger, Kia is full of uninspiringly brilliant cars.

Ford- Too many SUVs, but their cars are all very good, especially the Focus RS. So is the Raptor.

Jaguar- It's jaguar. They have some good cars but the XF and XE are too old.

Audi- Audi are a very hit and miss brand. Hits include the R8, misses include the RS5.

Tesla- They have a solid lineup of cars but they do have reliability and accessibility issues. If they can sort those out at least an A is on the cards.

Toyota- The lineup still has too many Priuses compared to performance cars. 20 years ago I would have an A but Mazda and Hyundai have proven their cars can be fun and sensible.

Dodge- Challenger, Charger = S. Durango = B. Everything else = fail.

Mini- Their regular cars are good but the performance cars are fizzers, and they are just too big to be called Minis.

Nissan- Nissan have had a tough time lately but it's the brilliance of the GTR that hauls them above water.

A:

Pagani- Not too much I can say about this one.

Chevrolet- The new Corvette is enough to up a rank on its own, and by removing the Korean built cars that are rebranded, there are few issues with the lineup.

Ferrari- A good allround lineup, but they are a little off McLaren who are a S-rate.

Rolls-Royce- brilliant cars ruined by rappers.

Mazda- Good solid lineup, but they are missing a certain engine style that is synonymous with Mazda. The rotary.

Hyundai- Same thing, but for the fact that what keeps the other most popular brand overall from S is the lack of ute contender (for now), and the ancient i800/iMax.

Mercedes- They are rather good at the moment, and also they might have played a blinder with their announcement to go fully electric being immediately followed by bombings in the Arab oil fields.

BAC and Ariel- both of these go under the same banner. They only do one or two things but do them brilliantly.

BMW- A really good brand let down by SUV/Coupe monstrosities.

land Rover- The best offroad brand in the world at the moment.

S:

Porsche- I am a Porsche fan but even non-fans could agree that the brand is doing brilliant right now with cars such as the 911 Gt3, 718 Boxster and the SUVs which are a brilliant commercial success.

Bugatti- Simply the best hypercar brand in the world.

McLaren- Every car is perfect, or close to. I think personally McLaren is the best brand in the world at the moment.
