So, today I thought I'd take a look at the top 100 most requested cars for Forza Horizon 4. The top 100 is current as of Update 19 (so there will probably be a second part to this after Update 22 when ManteoMax releases his third set of data). Credit goes to ManteoMax for compiling the data, he's done incredible things for the Forza community for a while now.
100. Toyotas
This isn't a car. I can't rank it anywhere else.
99/98/97. Mercedes E63, Ferrari Portofino and McLaren Speedtail
All of these cars have been added to the game since the last update of the data. They also can't rank.
96. Honda Civic EH
There's already plenty of different Honda Civics in the game, and while there isn't a fifth generation car, I don't see the need for another, at least not right now.
95. Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z
This car is also very similar to a car already in the game, just a different model year.
94. DeLorean DMC-12
I really don't know why, but I don't really like the DeLorean. I think that it wouldn't fit particularily well into the game.
93. Peugeot 206 RC
The Peugeot is an interesting car but there are better alternatives.
92. Honda CRX Del Sol SiR
What I think about this car is that, the Del Sol is a brilliant car but there are already a few CRX's in the game, so there are more important cars to add.
91. Pontiac Firebird Trans Am
I'm pretty sure that this is already in the game, or a very similar car is.
90. Lamborghini Huracan Evo
There are already two Huracans in the game. Yes this would be nice to have but I don't really think we need it.
89. Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 63
See above. Maybe I'm being too harsh as this is more significantly different than the EVO but it still isn't a top priority.
88. Honda Civic EM1 Si
See the other Civic. However, it is much more different than the other Civics as it's a sedan.
87. Koenigsegg CCXR Edition
This is another car that's really similar to the cars in game.
86. Ford Mustang Gen5
85. Audi RS5 Performance 2018
This rates about where it does IRL as well.
84. Nissan Pulsar GTI-R
The Nissan Pulsar would be pretty interesting to have in game, but I doubt it's a priority. Then again, Napier-Railton.
83. Chevy Camaro Gen 4 35th Anniversary
I think the fifty people who suggested this are the fifty people who like the styling of the car. It would be an interesting addition (to compete with the Cobra SVR 2000) but I'm not sure that it will be added.
82. Pontiac Firebird Trans Am WS6
Yeah, the same above.
81. Peugeot 308
2010 one: A very interesting yet ugly car, I doubt the Peugeot 308 will be added.
2017 one: This very well could be given the Renault update.
80. Volkswagen Golf Mk6 (2017-)
I think this is unlikely as the earlier Mk6 model (2014) is in the game, and as such there are higher priorities.
79. Volkswagen Golf Mk5
This is slightly more likely, as there isn't a Mk5 in the game. However, I'd still say it is pretty unlikely.
78. McLaren 675LT
This is also controversially low, and if there weren't already several DLC McLarens I'd think it'd be in the top 20. However, I fell like there's already enough McLarens in the game.
77. Peugeot 106 Rallye
This would be very amusing to have in the game. I doubt it'll be coming but it'd be very entertaining.
76. Hennessey Venom F5
This car is this low not for the actual car itself (which is pretty good) but because the performance claims aren't proven and because of the somewhat toxic culture of its fanboys. Make no mistake I'd like to see the car in the game, but I wouldn't like the people it tends to bring.
75. Ford SVT Mustang Cobra Terminator
Don't we have multiple Gen 4 Mustang Cobras already? If there wasn't the wildly winged 2000 model I'd put it higher but I doubt we need another.
74. Citroen C4 VTS
The Citroen could come to the game, but I'm not sure if the licencing is working. The only Citroen in game right now is the James Bond 2CV which I think is under a different licence.
73. Volkswagen POlo GTi
Now here's a VW that isn't in the game. I'd love to see the Polo in game, sort of similar to the Vauxhall Corsa that was added in series 9.
72. Citroen Saxo
The Saxo is a massive meme car and I'd love to see it in the game. The worry is the licencing issues I discussed under #74.
71. Nissan GTR Nismo
Yes, it'd be nice, but do we need it with two in the game already?
70. Zenvo TSR-S
This car seems to be close to falling foul of the racing cars rule. I'd like to see it, but I doubt it.
69. Rolls Royce Wraith
The first of three Rollers on this list, they are all plagued with licencing issues. The Wraith is the fastest but also the one I'd like the least, although I'd never knock a Roller.
68. BMW 750Li
The BMW 7 Series has never seen a Forza game, and I'd not be against it coming. Since there isn't an out and out M model I'd doubt that we'll see it but anything can happen. Add the LWB version for extra meme.
67. Rimac Concept One
A car infamous for Richard Hammond crashing it in Switzerland, I'd like to see the Rimac in the game but given the newer Concept2 is in the game I'm not sure that we'll see it.
66. Dodge Coronet Super Bee
The Dodge Coronet is a muscle car that isn't already in the game, and I'd love to see it. However, I feel like there might be more pressing muscle cars to add.
65. W Motors Fenyr
I'm doubting that Forza could get the licencing for it.
64. Rolls Royce Dawn
It's a Wraith without the head, but in my opinion it's a slightly more fitting car for the Horizon Festival.
63. Toyota Supra A70
I believe this car has been added to Forza since I started the list. However, if I include the first two Supras, then at least one definitely should be added.
62. Mitsubishi Starion
With all the Supra hype over the last few months it's easy to overlook another car that was featured in Motorsport but not Horizon: the Starion. The Mitsubishi brand hasn't seen any additions since the Mitsubishi Pack and it might be worth adding one.
61. Ferrari FXXK Evo
We don't really need another FXXK. Maybe we need an FXX though, I don't think there's one in game.
60. Rolls Royce Phantom
Here's the final Roller. This would look excellent around Edinburgh, or Ambleside, but probably less good in the quarry.
59. Shelby GT500 (2019)
One year ago, I'd definitely have thought that this is a car that should be added to the game. Why it's so low is because the RTR was added, and the Shelby would be a second tuned 'Stang. The Shelby still is a worthwhile addition.
58. De Tomaso Pantera
Another car brought down by likely licensing problems, the Pantera would be an excellent addition if the licence is available.
57. McLaren P1 GTR
I'm not sure if we need this to be honest. Obviously it'd be a brilliant companion to the FXXK but with the Senna GTR already released, I feel that would be even better.
56. BMW M2 Competition
Like the P1, I'm just not convinced there's a need, but for a different reason this time. The car is just too similar to the regular M2. Possibly even too similar for PG to justify licencing it (for FH4, at least).
55. 2020 Tesla Roadster
While the Roadster would bring something genuinely different to the game, this Tesla in particular has its own... erm, following, and I'm not certain that that's a such a good thing.
54. Eleanor Mustang
Licencing will be extremely hard to get this or the Bullitt 1967 Mustang, but I agree that there should be a '67 Mustang coupe in game.
53. SSC Ultimate Aero
The Ultimate Aero is an impressive car relative to the times; it was able to match the Koenigsegg and Veyron of the era, in a straight line at least. However, I'm not sure about licencing.
52. Ford GT90
It's rare to see concept cars added to the game, but the futuristing GT90 would be an extremely interesting car to bring in. I don't see it happening soon, but it'd certainly be fun to see what it could do.
51. Ford Fiesta Mk8 ST
Maybe I'm a touch biased, but I love the latest Fiesta ST. I think that this car may actually come soon as it's been close to eight months since the reveal, and that's usually how long one car takes in FH4, and it's also a significant performance car in 2019.
50. Ferrari F8 Tributo
Just like the Fiesta, the Tributo is around a year since release. I think this car is even more likely, though, due to its significance. It's a Ferrari after all. And it's basically the key car of Ferrari, being the mid-engine supercar that's been core to their business in the past.
49. Ford Mondeo ST220
A car that should be included due to the British presence of the game, the ST220 is the everyday hero of British performance cars. There are a few similar cars in game but there aren't any direct rivals; whether that's an advantage or a disadvantage I don't know.
48. Cupra Leon R
This car is ahead of the Fiesta because there aren't any Cupras already in the game. The Leon is a cool little hot hatch from Seat's performance division that can scare the establishment.
47. Jaguar F-Type SVR
The base model F-Type is fine, but why not get the loony V8 SVR model? The only reason I can think of is that there's a Jaguar much higher up this list.
46. Mercedes G63 (2018)
This is a pretty significant redesign of the G-Wagen and it definitely merits inclusion to the game. The car now generally looks more modern, if also a bit more hipster. Also, maybe a classic G-Wagen could come in. Just saying.
45. Toyota Supra A90
Another car with a somewhat toxic culture, the new Supra is different from the others because it does offer something critical in our car culture; for the performance elements of the car industry to be alive and well, Toyota need to be taking part, and this is the return of one of their most famous name plates. It doesn't deserve the haters it gets.
44. Ford Focus St 2018-
The Focus is another car I love, and I have no doubt that the new Focus RS (if it's announced in time) will be in FH5. However, the chances of the tamer ST being in FH4 are a bit lower as it's less aggressive.
43. BMW M8
The M8 (or sibling car 850) is a brilliant car, and was unlucky to be launched just after it the timeframe for inclusion in FH4. It probably should have been in long ago, but I'm not certain we'll see it. Either that or the Forza devs were holding out for the M8 which means we'll see it very soon.
42. Gumpert Apollo S
The Apollo is not exactly pretty, as Richard Hammond alluded to in his review of this car. However, that review on Top Gear turned it into a bit of a cult supercar and it definitely merits inclusion, particularily as Apollo and Forza seem to have a pretty good relationship.
41. Mercedes SLR Stirling Moss
The first of two appearances of a SLR on this list, the Stirling Moss is a very special edition of the car with no windscreen, among other things, in a homage to Sir Stirling Moss. It'd be higher up on the list if the base SLR was in the game but I'd not be opposed to seeing it in.
40. Bugatti la Voiture Noire
Kicking off the top 40 is the excellent Bugatti la Voiture Noire. It's a bit low on this list, only because it seems to be that Forza might have had to have twisted some arms to get the Divo. However, I'd love to see both this car and the Centodieci (which surprisingly didn't chart) in the game.
39. BMW M3 CS
I really like the design of the latest M3. While there are a tone of M3's already in the game, the two DLC's are both performance orientated models, so I wouldn't be surprised if a third joined the party.
38. Toyota Chaser
A rarer Toyota than the Celica and Supra, the Chaser was till an excellent performance car in it's own right. The 90's one is pretty close to a Lexus, but the Chaser badge turned it into the car of choice for many a petrolhead. I'd love to see this car in the game; its inclusion would mean that Forza aren't just focusing on the big name cars, which they have done well so far with cars such as the Napier-Railton.
37. Ford Sierra Sapphire RS Cosworth
There is a Jellymold in FH4 but the sedan version also merits at least investigation. The Sierra is an icon of British car design, having revolutionised British design on its debut in 1982.
36. RAM SRT10 Sport Truck
This would be fairly entertaining to include. Back in the early 2000's, Ram borrowed some parts from parent company Dodge, more specifically a HEMI V10 engine out of a Viper supercar, and proceeded to stuff it into a Ram. The results were interesting.
35. Tesla Model S
All of Tesla's models actually feature on this list (which is far too recently released for it to gain 46 suggestions, the 100th threshold) and the Model S is the highest charting of those on the general public's opinion. I'd like to see it but I feel like there are other Teslas I personally prefer.
34. Audi R8 Decennium
The Audi R8 ingame hasn't seen an update since the beginning of FH3, and that doesn't feel right. With the recent release of both the Decennium (which charted) and the RWS (which didn't), maybe the time is now for a new ten-cylinder Audi.
33. Mazda RX3
The classic rotaries haven't been represented recently on Forza with the most recent being the RX3 in the original Forza Horizon (as well as FM7). We'd love to see it come back.
32. GMC Syclone
The Syclone is kind of like the SRT10 but even more nutty. It was famously proved to be faster in a straight line than the Corvette and Ferrari of the time. It'd be interesting to see that comparison in Forza.
31. Polestar One
The Polestar surprised the world when it was released in 2018, with the all electric performance sedan being a hit among car reviewers. It'd be awesome in Forza, particularily since we haven't seen a DLC Volvo yet (although the Iron Knight in base game somewhat offsets that).
30. Pagani Zonda C12
The older Zonda isn't talked about as much today in light of the Huayra and more insane versions of the Zonda. However, it definitely merits inclusion, having been good enough to keep an Italian supercar startup afloat, unlike several other cars.
29. GMC Typhoon
See #32, but change ute with SUV. Slightly higher because I prefer its design.
28. Mazda Furai
While the original is sadly long departed, Forza can resurrect the Furai. Having last featured in the legendary FM4, it's a extraordinary track car. The one concern is it's road legality.
27. Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG
This is a car that's omission from Forza has always puzzled me. Merc just got a new car this week in Forza (the E63) but I think a more pressing problem is that there isn't a S-Class in game. It's definitely worth inclusion, as is any loony sedan with a V12 and a ton of horses.
26. Tesla Model 3
The smallest Tesla has had a ton of demand since its real life release and it seems to be picking up a following in the FH4 Request Thread as well. Should it come in? Yes. Will it come in? I doubt it because of licencing issues.
25. Lamborghini Gallardo
Just like the S65, this has puzzled me. There's a Gallardo convertible in DLC, and the Superleggera, but there isn't any base model Gallardo (or Murcielago as well). It should be in.
24. Rolls Royce Cullinan
As I said earlier, I think there's a lack of brand new SUV's in the game. While SUV's were unpopular in FM7, in FH4 they're a very valid part of the carset. Recently we've only really had the Urus. The Cullinan should be in as soon as possible, but there might be some licencing issues.
23. Audi RS3 Performance
Continuing the trend of puzzling car decisions, why is the 2011 RS3 still in the game when it's been superseded and the new model isn't in game? I'd certainly love a 2018 RS3, and I'd like the sedan even more- there isn't any real sedans in that class in FH4, excluding the Nissan Sentra.
22. Volvo XC90
It won Car of the Year 2018. Do I need to explain any further?
21. Mercedes SLR McLaren
Now, this is a car that should be in the game. However, until recently, Mercedes had a somewhat distant relationship with McLaren. I doubt that that'll be the same for too long as the F1 teams will work together again from next year. That might pave the way to this car coming into Forza.
20. Audi TTRS Performance
Into the top 20 now with a car similar to the RS3 mentioned three above. I'm not sure where the new TTRS is in game, considering it would have been launched in time for the game (it was in the Grand Tour season 2). The TTS is everywhere, though.
19. Lexus LC
The highest charting Toyota model on this list, the LC is their newest flagship and, in my opinion, should be added either first or second to the A90 Supra of the new Toyota models (all Toyotas included in the game so far are reused models from FH3). A honorable mention goes to the Lexus RCF and SC300 and Toyota 86 and MR2 which didn't chart.
18. Plymouth Road Runner
This would be a muscle car that's significantly different to what's in game already. The Plymouth is a similar car to the Ford Galaxie and Chevrolet Chevelle of it's time, but it's a Dodge product which is lacking from the game. The only muscle car I'd prefer is the '67 Impala but it isn't on the Top 100.
17. Chrysler ME-412
The second highest concept car on this list, the Chrysler was an extremely futuristic concept car that featured, as the name said, a mid-engine quad-turbocharged V12. It's also the only car made by a mass manufacturer that could reach 400kmh (albeit the car wasn't mass produced).
16. Koenigsegg Jesko
A car that's had a lot of possibility about its potential for inclusion, the regular Jesko has suffered a blow due to the brand new Koenigseggs revealed in February, including a special Jesko. But if it is coming to the game it's likely six-seven months into development already.
15. Hyundai i30 N
Hyundai and Turn 10 have often made a big deal about partnerships but then only ever add Velosters. As much as the Veloster is decent the i30 N is now the big dog in town and it should be in the game already, unless there are some behind the scenes issues.
14. BMW 850Csi
This is talking about the Nineties car, that is criminally underrepresented in Forza games. Not including the rubbish Forza Street, it was last seen in the Riviera in FH2. It deserves to come back. So does the M635Csi that isn't on the Top 100 but was in FH3.
13. Chevrolet Corvette C8
Another very controversial car, the C8 has polarised the American crowd with its new mid-engine layout. However, around the world there's been less backlash as it's coming to Australia and Britain due to being built factory RHD. Regardless, it should be included.
12. Bentley Continetal GT W12
The third generation Conti launched just before FH4 and it's an incredible looking car, with a much more fresh front and back end than the old car. While Bentley haven't had a DLC car in FH4, the new Conti isn't the only car that should be included, with others such as several classic Contis and the Mulliner Bacalar.
11. Jaguar XE SV Project 8
The Jaguar XE is an ordinary sedan that's already in the game. The Project 8 is an aerodynamically enhanced XE that also features the engine from a F-Type SVR. It's a wild track toy that's also road legal. It's also in the right timeframe to be added imminently. Let's hope.
10. McLaren GT
The McLaren GT is a very beautiful car, and like several others at this end of the list, is about in the timeframe for adding in soon, with the Speedtail which was released slightly before the GT coming to the game last month. I'd love to see it; it definitely should be added given its significance and beauty.
9. Jeep Gladiator
The Gladiator is a new car from Jeep that's basically a pickup Wrangler. This is a very well known recent car and should definitely be included to the game.
8. Porsche Taycan
Well, it's the International PCOTY for 2019. It'll also be close for the eight month time frame for introduction.
7. Ferrari SF90
The SF90 is a brand new hypercar by Ferrari, replacing the LaFerrari. AS such, it definitely should be added. It looks absolutely brilliant and goes like it too, I have no doubt.
6. Tesla Model X
The Model X is probably the most interesting and innovative car in the last few years, with the gullwing doors, massive touchscreen and electric power. If Tesla's licence could be sorted out this would be a priority car to add to the game.
5. Jensen Interceptor
It's an Interceptor, what else can I say? I'm surprised that the Jensen has never been in any Forza game, or a video game in general, as since the Top Gear feature it's been a cult car.
4. Mercedes-AMG Project One
Like 3rd on the list, this car has been rumoured for ages to be coming to Forza with models being found in the game etc. I'm less certain about this one than the third place car, as this one hasn't been released in final production spec, however if Forza are willing to include the launch model then it should be coming any day now.
3. Aston Martin Valkyrie
As I said above, this car has been rumoured for ages and I think that if they're going to include it, it will be soon.
2. Pontiac GTO (2005-)
The top two are quite biased for me. The GTO is in second because we actually own the same car (here in Australia, the Holden Monaro) and while there is a Vauxhall Monaro already in game, I feel like there are some deficiencies with that car (incorrect paint colours, etc).
And the top car on the list is...
1. Lamborghini Terzo Millennio
This car was only released last year so it isn't within range yet, as well as potentially falling afoul of road legality and concept rules. However, it's probably the most futuristic car design can get, and ultimately with the exception of the record players, having a bit of fun is what Forza Horizon is all about.
Thanks to everyone for reading the list of the top 100 Forza Horizon most requested cars! What rankings would you change? Let me know down below.
